Dear Sir, Assalam o Liakum R/Sir I was just searching charity organizations then suddenly i saw al fallah hospital.so i think i shoud send you my comment but i just have lissten about al fallah hospital,so i want to say that you already have listen about Sinh and Badin. Sir Badin is the one of very poorest Districts and cyclon prone area.Here is a lot of problems with females,Specially females Reproductive Health.So if you can do something for Badin Districts about females health like construction of hospital or any kind of fund or about medicle staff or etc.plz mail me.becouse here is a lot of females are dying from diffrent deasies. sir my wife is suffer with gal blader stone and i have a small kids with age of 3 n 2 and very hard 2 leave her for operation for 3 dayz in hospital. i heared about laproscopy and one of my friend told me with laproscopy its easy 2 remove and onein one day patient can come back 2 home. i dont have enough amount for laproscopy. please help me in this situation.
