Now i want to claim ,what is the procedure of claim?and how much time is required for it?will this matter is solved in hours?

I have purchased zero meter Honda 70 dream 2018 model. inform me about how many kilometres should I run the bike at what speed as it is on running. Somebody told me that first 1000 km not go 40km/hr above. Is it right. When I need to do its first tuning and service plus tappet tight. I changed the oil just now after 240km.
