I feel very sorry to complain that i have not received the statement (Bill) of Bank Alfalah of September 2017. i want to know about reason of not reaching the bill. i am unaware of that how much payment have to be paid. I requested to plz inquire about said matter.

I am Kashif Mukhtar your bank card holder ultra and classic credit card i have complaint to your bank on call email and self but not receive response to me from your bank. your bank not send credit card bill monthly on my email address although previous practice i were receive credit card bill on my email address but now last two and three month your bank service is not good. please solved my issue. thanks Rana Kashif Mukhtar AIOu, Islamabad kashif Muktar
