my daughter been separated since 2010 and has taken kulla district south city court and since then her husband not paid any penny for upkeep/maintenance for his son which become 5 year in November this year and he is demanding G&W and every first Saturday and third Saturday the child has to go to court to meet his father and then on eid he tries to take his son home for few hours according to CPC 151 now can anyone tell me is this allowed according to family law without paying a penny and wanting everything according to his choice. Does this is allowed in accordance to Pakistan Family Law. we are very much confused on this matter and lawyer not giving proper feedback to us, can anyone in Pakistan help us, though we are not factory owner or a businessman just a working class aged 64years old looking Justice form Daughter and her son. Just help me.
