Clifton Block 1, Karachi

we are in problem due to illegal parking of tankers on newly constructed main road in clifton block 1 , concerned authorities should take some action and remove these tankers as they block the road and its so difficult n dagerous to go out at night

It is disgusting that our Government can not keep their rules intact. It was decided long ago that Tankers won�t be parked in front of the residential complexes at Clifton Block-1. For some times the tankers were moved from Block-1 but suddenly they appeared again and creating same old problems for residents of Clifton Block-1. The smell of Furnace oil is all across Clifton Block-1. It is also getting difficult for ladies to stroll or even go out in the evening time as there are always lot of truck drivers sitting here and there gazing ladies and passing bad remarks. We request the concerned authorities to take appropriate strict measures to remove the trucks from the area so that residents could live peacefully.

Despite of court orders still more and more oil tankers have occupied the roads at clifton block 1 , they have parked in 2 to 3 rows and almost all the time we are facing lot of dificulties .Govt should take some action and should remove them immediately from this area

more and more tankers are coming over this area causing much difficulty for us , most of the time they are blocking the roads .. plz take some action against them .

Well....It is shameful that despite the orders of Supreme Court the tanker are still there and their number is growing with the passage of time. Do we have any law, rules, regulations in place in our country??? A big question and Government should think about it. Is Oil tankers mafia above the law?????????

It seems that this problem is not going to be resolved in near future as influential people who are making big money out of this Fuel Supply to NATO forces in Afghanistan have no concern with the difficulties of local residents. Oil companies are also making big money so they are least bothered about it.Is Supreme Court of Pakistan failed to move them who is going to move them? It is a big question mark. We are living in a lawless country where we do not have any rights.

It is shameful that the concerned authorities which were directed through Court Orders to have the place neat and clean and without Oil Tankers. The area is also not safe and our ladies find it very difficult to commute as the drivers of these tankers stare and pass inappropriate remarks. As there is involvement of Mafia with the Govt Officials, there should be a crack down by Rangers in this area including adjoining Shireen Jinnah Colony and road leading to Jackson Market. Good luck to our Rangers!

are the tankers still availaible or they are gone permenantly .and i have listened that the road is not safe from ruby beach pride to the start of clifton block 2 . is that true ?
