i have no good experience with dawlance deep freezer, i have used ~wave`s~ deep freezer for 16 years but sometime a little problem. i buy dawlance one year befor but there is no comfortability,have to send it 2 times for repairing nand service.

Dear Sir Assalamo alaikum Eid Mubarik to all members I have problem with my Dawlance Deep Freezer. Some times it freezes both compartments (freezer part and refrigerator part): and some times it stops cooling. I got it fixed frequently but problem occures again. I purchased H-Zone refrigerator a day ago and its pity that workmanship of dawlance is very pathetic. Its Evaporator plate is loose drainage pipes are not intact and health light is out of order. Main door produce hounding noise. Regards waqar

I have lodge a complaint for repair of automatic dawlance washing machine. Technician visited the other day, and take the part which was required to be replaced. I was informed that part is not available in the inventory and as soon as it will come, it will be replaced. Despite my pursuance on daily basis, and there assurance , it is 15th day of the complaint. and the machine is still unrepaired. And no one has provide any alternative to that machine

Got very bad experience of repair / maintenance with dawlance. Better to go for other brands.
