About one and a half year ago I bought a Dawlance washing machine model DW-8200. The plastic material used for the panel and upper covers of both the wash tub and the spinner tub are of lowest grade. These types of plastic grades are only used in 3rd class plastic products. Even 'lotas' are made by much much better quality plastics. It is literally tearing apart. The top cover hinges and the spinner brake spring supports and grips has turned into dust. Can it be replaced ? I know you don't have the courage and guts to post this on your page,that is the reason it takes time to appear. At least have the decency to respond
