hello dr .. i hav stomach problem and gastric trouble . feeling mostly wait on left side chest and pain. pain also feeling in left arm and back stat to chest . my head feeling sleep and sometime wait in sides of head . eye site feeling weak some time . i have suffered under treatment in miltary hospital rwp and afic rwp but all the reports are clear and pain is still growing up . endoschopy also hv done but that also clear no ulcer or etc .. can u help me i m in karachi and my hopes are with u now .. reply me . thnx

I am a 62 years old. For the last three years I have been facing dirhea loose stool 8to10 times frequently. Facing heart burn, nausia, dyspesia , dikar, matli. I have consulted Dr. Kaleem at LNH and he has done endoscopy anf colonscopy last year.biopsy done. Finding moderate h pylori. Ulcers throughout colon and gastrities. No treatment and course has been done of h pylori due to direhia. Only IBS medicines has been given but nothing has been done and facing same problem i.e. heart burn, indigesation, direhia , pain in stomach and nausia.

I have pain inside the guts frequently lose motions and piles is happening, from 2 years it was chronic problem but now a days I am not able to digest anything there are so much gas trouble before 2 years I use a lot of orthopadic medicine due to which i really pay off.
