Compass Bearing verification in degrees (360) and Mils (6400) against a known & validated north reference after performing calibration. 2. GPS coordinates verification in LAT LON (degrees, mins,sec) and in Nothing Easting (LCC) agianst validated survey points. 3. strategies to protect compass from environmental factors (feromagnetic elemenet/fileds etc). 4. Magnetic or True North considered in reading?
