today called the helpline for getting clarification about medical certificate of T B and photograph. This is charged at Rs 15 plus taxes. After hearing a promo band and wait of of 4-5 minutes to be connected to some one the call dropped as there was no one to reply and attend. Seems you people are just grabbing money without services. If the agents were not available why the helpline was made active ? only to keep money flowing in without any services, You people should feel some shame for this Haram money.
