We are residence around 30-flats in friends apartment North Naimabad having meters at main gate & punctually payment bill to K-Electric.Since last year the K-electric local staff has changed feeder & connected with unauthorized colony across the road & the residence of that, colony are involved in steeling the power. The K-Electrical favoring these colony & to shows our billing amount for this feeder & resulting we are facing very very high load shading compare all areas adjusted with our flat society. We have several complaint but no results due to may K-Electrical understand that we are good citizen & dont ever blocked the road or make any agitation. Therefore if any K-Electrical staff read this complaint & having any sense of responsibility, disconnect connection of Friends apartment from that, feeder & restore with feeder of Zia Uddin Hospital & allow us to spend our time as other fully payment paid bill as communicate. K electric is continuously over billed with out any sufficient reason & fact, too many times visit at your customer care center but no result is bringing out. k electric over billing is become a reason of stopping us to not paid payment of current months, how could one single person is paying again & again over billing & why.
