KFC (Gulberg 3), Lahore

I am writting this complaint with regret and i never expected this sort of slugish behaviour from KFC. I work at a managerial post in a reputed organization and my guest left without having lunch because the delivery came 1 hour 30min late. I have decided not to use KFC again.

the person sitting in your call center *MR SALMAN RAFEEQ* really very misbehaved with my father .he also misguided my father which is intolerable. this is absolutely a very wrong and disheartening way to treat your customers and *especially the old one* . we are your very old customers and many of our family get togathers and birthday parties have been in kfc.my father ordered for four chicken pieces ans asked him that he will pay hundred rupees per piece but he wanted all thai pieces but still mr Salman Rafeeq misbehanved with my father.you may check the day and date and time in your record DAY:Saturday ,DATE:twenty five december , TIME:five thirty pm

Its really bad, such expensive food servers should keep an eye on their managers and junior staff. People go there to spend some moments with their siblings but they do such rubbish things. The same things happened at Mei Kong restaurant fortress stadium Lahore. We waited for Mei Kong opening at seven PM to have a dinner their but their staff a bad manager or supervisor forced us to order things with his consent. When we warned him that we will complain about you that you are not taking our order as we are saying so he misbehaved and asked us to pay for mineral water and go. They are really rubbish, we give them business and they do such rubbish things. I think local food restaurants have better staff and management there. KFC and Mei Kong have really bad staff.
