Kokan Muslim Housing Society, Karachi

I have a file of plot and want to purchase in Kokan Muslim housing society scheme thirty-three (super highway) and gave its deposit. The problem is that this file is new (i.e two thousand three) and society says that the old files were canceled so it is verified from our side and can be purchase without any doubt. So why there are very cheap plots in this society. And will society be responsible for any hurdles or problem at the time of possession. Pleas please please help me immediately either I pay remaining payment or leave it.

No plot were cancel ever. They are making fool to people. There is some dispute and all the original allocates are waiting for its resolution. There is a law in that society that no one other than Kokani can purchase or sale plots over there ( in scheme33). So be careful. one more thing, 240 yrds size plot in teachers worth more than 90 Lacks than why so cheap in Kokan which is located in front of Teachers society? Get the answer by visiting estate agencies located there

all fake sellers. no one is authorized to purchase plot in Kokan other than Kokani community peoples.

Update News published on naway waqat 11 Nov 2018. All the effecties of Kokan muslim society scheme 33 are advised by the High court of Sindh to submit thier copy of plots excluding sublease along the Copy of NRIC and one application for each plot to be submited to Cooprative housing society office at Mashriq center,Civic center Karachi.
