i am regular customer of lg product. i purchase lg refrigeretor express cool gr (model).last month my refrigerator burned inside for being chocking of heater fan.Actually i live in sukkur and .Now please inform me about it that what i have to do and to whom i approach for its repairment.

i gave my LG TV, at A-11, Lawrence rd, lahore, Pakistan, for the problem, , that the Tv went on standby, , , n it does nt get alright now.. the service cente, , took my Tv for four months ..n they still have it ; n they are not responding to the complaint. i would be obliged , if you take some action about it n guide me about it,thnx i would definatly tell people not to buy LG products,,,ur coustmer care /after sales service is pathetic didnt expect so bad from such a big name/company if u want i can send a picture of the receipt as well regards dr kashif

its been 3 weeks my in warranty AC has compressor problem which has to be replaced by LG...i call from 1 service center to check status of my complaint but no one knows where is my complaint gone...pindi center say they have sent to lahore and lahore center say they have sent to khi and khi say they havent got it...for 3 weeks myself and my kids r without ac...i curse them that Allah roast them all in hell they way they r roasting my kids here...inshallah Almighty will listen to my baddua for them.....i endorse Dr Kashif...its pathetic

I have refrigirator model of LG,the cooling reduced.I lodged a complaint for the same,complaint of thirtieth May,after a lapse of three days,on second june a gentleman from your authorized repair center visited my residence.The gentleman promised that the vehicle will pick.I spoke to Mr Imran and Mr Mohsin on 4th afternoon,they said that the vehicle will come ultimately the vehicle did not come.The name of your Authorized service center is NEW NICE COOL,authorized service center. please advice.

my experience with LG is not good and face a lot of problem regarding Customer care services in Pakistan which shakes my trust towards LG product. i bought a LED TV modal 42LW with Serial No. WRFS1G . LED worked properly in first 6 days but i was shocked when found display problem in above mentioned LED with in a week I take it to LG Service center Mega SERVICE CENTERfor repair but they refused to check due to work burden in these days and asked me to come later.I again approach them after 2 weeks They collect it and refused to provide repair under warranty but after 2 months no result. `I and using LG , but unfortunatly i purchased one front load washing machine model no f NDP2 three month ago I got some problems i, so I called LG i, MEGA SERVICE CENTER in Rawalpindi near to my city , they send one tech and charged me Rs / as visit charges and taken over to workshop after charging of freight charges . After 15 days informed me that part is not available in local market so we KOREA ,after two months struggle is delivered to me through a driver operate but could not , i called again MEGA SERVICE CENTER informed that CARD is not working and again demanded from KOREA , i am still waiting for functioning of the said , and dealings of employs of the service center is so root and behaviour of the Mr AMMAR who is very ROOD . I will advised the such a worldwide electronic org to change such hotmind supervisor and change the service center to improve ur products. I know no matter for me such a single client but tomorrow u will loose millions

It is great service asking comments of your customers. I would like to ask your higher management as why the company has made it so difficult to approach the "customer service" and to find out the contact nos. like phone nos. etc. Would you be kind to confirm if the technicians visiting from Mega Service are really trained in LG products like Fridge/AC or simply hired from the market without any training? Visit charges seems to be on higher side especially for technicians coming on motor-bikes whereas they may do simple work while they are at the customers' place.

I have one LCD TV Screen 42. Said LCD was purchased from your service center in 2011. Now said LCD is out of order and checked from your service center Faisal Town, Lahore. They are suggested some repair of Rs. /- Said LCD is installed in semi Government office, Green Town, Lahore, so we can not pay cash amount and we are also required GST invoice with payment invoice bill as per Government law. Your service center Faisal Town Lahore has stated that they can not provide GST invoice they are provide the service only on cash. let me know how can i repair said LCD, because as per Government law we can not pay Rs.10,000 without GST invoice. I dont know y main lg Company is not checking how their service centres working how they repairing I dont know y there is check & balance .I have given my micro in july as I took home i informed them that if i press more than 30 secs buttons its not working they say how can it be possible then again in august it stopped working I didnt remember how much they charged ok then my fridge stopped cooling i called lg service centre in the last days of aug.
