An online transaction of Rs 1259 was incurred on my CREDIT CARD on 14 April 2016 at 3:34 am while i was sleeping and my card was in my safe. Have blocked the card as per advise from MCB executive and have also launched my complaint through email, but havent received any reply yet from the credit card department.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my mcb visa credit card services. I do not receive any email or post about my bill and service charges and markups are added. This is repeated again and again. For this reason I am cancelling my card and transferring my account from MCB.

Kindly request to you check my mailing address and know to lcs courier who received my bill. My cell number is . Kindly solve my problem.
