All I have to inform is that Macro cash and carry, Lahore is providing fake products to its customers. I bought a pack of chocolates from the store and when I opened the box I found that many of the chocolates were half eaten in that particular box, which is a fraud Macro is doing with its customers. Metro Cash and Carry is a good departmental store to get any thing which ever you want and you need but their electronic area is really very poor. I purchase 1 electric catle from metro in January it was not working good i claimed its wuarenty but from January till now its under the clam. This is totally rediculous and very poor managment os metro I request to the general manager of Metro Cash and Carry Model town branch that plz improve the condition of your electronic area

@27.Komal: there are three option 1= written complaint to DCO lahore. 2= Director food authority written complaint. 3= Comsumer court written complaint. In all above three channels if you are right than any company who is doing this substandard manufacuring or selling the product have the authority to seal the premises and imposed heavy fine along with imprisoent.
