the museum was the idea of Commander Muzammil Yasin Siddiqui, who over saw the design and layout of the Museum and supervised it right upto its completion. This was the first Theme Park in Pakistan and a pioneering effort of its kind

But the commander Siddiqui dismissed from the service, this is why he taken interest in this project so that he can remember in good words in naval history.
