Dear team i bought mitsubushi ac round about 3 years ago i am really ashmed on my decsion because i never enjoyed it as i heared about though the reason i am here is i contact to ur service center in sargodha had problem with cimpressor as it was in warrenty . they changed it but they also charged me 5500 hundreds for capaster and gas charging. but after that i was not satisfied because ac is still doing problems . ur representative did not deliver me bill from company he made rouhf bill and cgarged 5500 today i contact 2 an other person who checked it and told there is nothing new in it like capaster and other things . i am not a happy custumer i will never recmend mitsbushy any more . pls take action on urgent basis send ur representative to check my ac.

I bought Mitsubishi AC round about 3 years ago I am really surprised on my decision because there are numerous problem occurred during this tenure therefore i am here is contact to your service center in Gulshan-e-hadid have problem with compressor as it was in warranty as they changed it but they also charged 3000 RS gas charging. I replaced 6 old AC with Mitsubishi, My experience is that its the worst company for after sale service. One AC is not cooling and for the last 4 days no one is attending.They says we don't have the time, because complaint are many. If they don't have the staff why are they selling more. They should stop further sale. Even now they are not attending the phone. If some one from sale staff have the time to read my e-mail please send me phone no because i could not fine any no. Thanks.
