Assalam-o-Alliakam,Sir, my sister aging 43 years has felt guilty in left breast, which was further got checked in shaukat khanum hospital lahore who shown suspecion of malignant under the report of memography and altrasound. The wording of report is given " Ill-defined/irregular mass in upper slightly inner aspect of the left breast was evaluated further using ultrasound scan with demonstrated as approximately 30mm solid mass with all the imaging features of being malignant. The prolactin level went upto hundred,and so recommended by an endocrinologist we did an MRI from Shifa International . Report concluded as " A small in mm differentially enhancing nodular lesion in right pituitary consistent with a microadenoma. Your Honour , we are recommended alternately by doctors, one said for radiation, other for surgery and one recommended and assured that it will be fine through normal treatment by tablets. hi sir/mam, i am zuhaib, twenty six years old boy from lahore. I have a problem of progresive diffuse body weakness. Muscle wasting in lower lumbs. Difficulty in walking. my mother have symptoms of trigeminal neuralgia but also have pain in one side of head,she was taken tegrol but due to dizziness and cough we met Dr.Abdul Latif he said that is not TN and prescribed other medicine .2 to 3 days those medicine working after that pain come in worst condition again and she start tegrol again but due to tegrol she have very high dizziness and low blood pressure.
