Its real bad service and they have very incompetent staff including their managers. I never seen such nonprofessional management. They have always intention to delay the shipment. They never give you in time positive and comprehensive response.
Very poor service
i received a sample from china, it was a small plastic box weighing .80kg and they charged duties and taxes of vRs727.00 and godown rent of Rs420.00, CAA charges Rs225.00 and many other charges. The total was around Rs 2022.00 on receiving a small plastic empty box. What a service?? Besides the phone no. given on the receipt is also not answering where i can discuss.
Courier nmbr was delivered at ur Okara office for delivery at Rawalpindi. But after a lapse of 4 days courier not yet received. Your service is the worst service in the worls Rehan World worst helpline. No response even after 8 minutes of call. My courier was handed over on 26 March 18 wich is not yer delivered at Okara even after 4 days. GO TO HELL. i very bas experience Rehan
