i have severe complaint regarding the behaviour of ocs office staff of kamra. letter send to me from karachi never reaches to me. ocs staff says me to come to them to get my letter. i cannt go to other city to get letter. if other services like tcs and leopard can find my adress then why ocs cannot

Totally unprofessional and fraudulent mindset of the agents. They will take money from you on OCS rates and book your cargo from private contractors. Never Trust them,

Wide invoice no. " " I sent an official parcel from Gujranwala to Sialkot which reached there after four days and a lot of phone calls it was fourth chance of late delivery with me. On dated 22/05/14, I sent Roll no slip to a my daughter which has not been delivered so far and and it is 12-41 AM dated 24/05/14 . Invoice no is " " Is there nobody in OCS which handle with their lazy staff? Do we not have right to approach to the consumer court? I need answer till tomorrow morning.

Ever Worst service, one letter dispacted on 31-May from Omar Jibran Engg. Lahore . Consign. # is . We are chasing since last three day . Yet the letter not received. This is not the first time . it is OCS normal culture and behaviour.Should not rate very bad, must be Ever Worst.
