It is to inform you that I am continuously facing a problem regarding telephone and Broadband services. I have complained several times, first I got a complain number 56 on Saturday , but the problem still remains. Whereas I complained again today and allotted a 70 complain number. Late last month I was offered a free trial for a month of DSL WIFI Router by PTCL, and the device was installed by PTCL staff. I did not find the Router satisfactory, and the same was returned to PTCL office, in Karachi. on 22.6.2015. Now I have received the monthly bill, in which DSL Broadband charges of Rs 209.52 have been included. A reputable company like PTCL should not use such fraudulent practices to earn money. I am a customer since 1987, and demand a removal of this extra DSL charges in my current monthly bill. I hope that PTCL management will take notice, and stop such practices in future.

ptcl. Our ptcl number is not working before 4 days, i complain this issue on ptcl office phases two but we have not received any response. We are facing many problems because out ptcl number is off. check it and resolved our problem as soon as possible. Kind regards pieinthesky pahse lV
