Why ptcl is so dumb what happened to this number

it is statetd that our Ptcl Number 051- is going off since october take same initiative to resolve the issue immediatly regard

I believe F-11 exchange has vacant position for operator as no one attends call. kindly advertise for vacancy.

I have DSL connectivity problem for the past 3 days. I have called 1218 for several times but to no avail. In a month period it is working for 10 days the rest of days either no connectivity or too slow. PTCL technical staff is least bothered to resolve issues on time. Now, i have applied for NAYATEL which has professional staff and keen to deliver the best.

hope my comments/complaint may be considered at that belated stage on priority, otherwise i have no more interested for installation of PTCL DSL connection, the reason of this is as under:- i pay my bill etc for on time never been delay a single bill, according to PTCL (Ltd) as well as bill which i pay i have right to get 4 Mbs net facility but if you himself visit any time u check its, you will be feel its nor even as 1Mbs speed i have many time complaints in G-10 Markz exchange first they reach their officer after 11am on the other hand entertain a complaint after 4 to 5 days, they never try to solve the problems practically only tell that will be done, i have complaint again and again, but no fruitful outcome yet been received. It is my last request, if entertained i will be very grateful for this. thanks

GM PTCL & Regional Manager F11 Exchange, Islamabad , our company have applied for new broadband connection on 21 December, 2018. no response yet from ptcl. we have asked so many times about our new order but the rep of ptcl said, there is no feasibility for provision of new connection, moreover people are already using ptcl landline and broadband connection at the desired location . In view of aforesaid, it is requested to arrange connection there at the earliest and intimation in this regard may be communicated thru the given e-mail address. Regards

I am using ptcl service broadband, smart tv, services are very band, I made many complain about frequent disconnection, but always give temporary solution, I am fed up these services, we are waiting for NAYATEL to complete the wiring work, or will user any other company, we have a jointy decided that near future in G14/4 we will shut up PTCL services.
