Subject: Change of PTCL Wire With reference to captioned subject, I am facing problem in my home telephone number named on Mumtaz Akhtar, I have many time complain to exchange and via online your complain center regarding change of PTCL wire, because wire is broken from 4 to 5 places, but still facing problem, my phone or DSL not working since 20 to 25 days, our telephone is continuing disorder. After so many complaints it gets ok for 5 days and then again disorder for several days. I have already missed the opportunity of abroad job due to disconnection of DSL. Please I requested to you take action in my request and change the wire. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.
