I am facing in PTCL broadband from last 8 months.I have submit bundles of complain but my problem remain same

In a month 22 days landline and broadband not working.Inspite of many complain no body listen & came to correct the problem.

in a month 22 days landline not working. Inspite of many complain no body listen & came to correct the problem. Due to this I had discounted my broadband and thinking to discount landline also.

My Landline number is dead from last 1 week. lineman saying that you line copper pair is faulty and they have no spare pair to solve you issue, although he used my line copper pair for other customer on bribe.

I want ptcl connectin kindly contact on my number
