My phone out of order from 27-Jul-2019 Complaint No.73, no response received from exchange/line man, please instruct to concern for correction.

My PTCL phone and DSL is out of order since one month, despite complain on line man contacted us, already paid the bill of August , receiving msg from 1218 regularly that fault has been rectified.
