the service of PECHS telephone exchange is most disgusting we feel more happy without telephone line rather then worst service specially from PECHS exchange. this is most worst service wise exchange in pakistan

I totally agree and endorse the comments about the PECHS Telephone exchange ..Today it is 10th March and I have been complaining about the 2 land line numbers installed at my friend's clinic ,,,Moreover the PEHS exchange staff do not take trouble to attend the phone numbers of the exchange ..Only 1218 attend my calls ,,,,

The worst broad band service, we are facing problems on daily basis, pethatic Service, even we 4 mb unlimited connection, very bad progress PTCL .

Totally agreed with above all comments , That this exchange staff is totally work less they never care of subscriber and i am personlly suffering from this exchnage alot .

Shifting Our PTCL Land Line Nos. , , & we are applied for Shifting Pone o4 Nos. but your online portal shown 03 nos. , one no. is missing evidence attached for your ready reference. look in to this matter we are shifted our premises but we have no phone facility available at new office we are facing problems lot of much . On 28th April 2023 there was unfortunate situation occurred, when fire in our building (Mehdi Tower Shahr-e-Faisal Karachi) due to that PTCL wires was seriously damaged & the service of PTCL was stopped till now that’s why we requesting you to restore our service immediately. For your reference our PTCL# & PTCL complain numbers are as follows: PTCL#: PTCL Complain #: 65, 87 & 96 We are really thanks full, if you expedite our request promptly. Shoaib Ahmed Qureshi
