There is problem with my Internet connection and i have been registered my complaints several times , but i unfortunately the concern is not responding properly , i have been suffering from 2 weeks almost and no one have placed visit to resolve this issue. Phone number

I have been facing continuous disconnection and slow browsing issue on my DSL. I've been facing this issue from more then two month. i have launched several complaints as well as personally visited the Baghbanpura PTCL Exchange but issue still not resolved. PTCL staff is very irresponsible. They always make commitment to visit my place but nobody showed up. Now i am thinking about my internet service provider. I strongly recommend Mr. Sadiq (Business Manager) at Baghbanpura Exchange to take notice as soon as possible for which i shall feel much obliged.

dsl 15 1200 new 6 month

my connection box from the pole needs to be change, for this purpose i have given application to Assistant manager PTCL Mr Yaseen sb still no action since November 2017 and now its 15 feb 2018
