Hence I have been successful to resolve the issue on sending this comments. "As my vfone has been suspended could not be restored activated till todate without providing any response by the huge organization that has a lasting remedial environment". It recognize very HOPELESS.

Our ptcl becomes one way due to late billing but now we pay our bill but our ptcl dosen't working yet

Please ref complaint No.48 of 1st February 2017 of phone No. . PTCL has left their Customers helpless and no listing to rectify the fault. Only one Section of PTCL is very hardworking and efficient which is Billing department. Either phone is ok or faulty, bill is prepared each and every month in time and compulsory payable. Services are not compulsory. This one way monopoly must be stopped and customers be given due care as they pay to PTCL every month. Hope that my message will be given due consideration.

the road in front of our gates was dug on 12 may to lay ptcl line by contract labours.during the process they damaged our water pipeline.next day when i noticed water leaking i informed them they satisfied me by saying we will tepair it tomorrow.the next day their work was finished in our gali and they disappeared.the wate r is dtill flowing on the road..i approached kwsb bt they are demanding money to repair..what am i supposed to do now..this is the responsibility of ptcl n we r suffering

I stopped using ptcl internet services and closed the internet connection a year ago, from the very next week my ptcl phone service also disconnected, neither i receive any hardcopy bills from the ptcl after 4 months i recieved a call from ptcl which says your bill is above 2500 and you have to pay the bill, why do i supposed to pay the bill even i don't have any ptcl connection any more.
