I live in House No 11, Street 37 and I would like to complain about your most sinful and unnecessary waste of water.the water motor has been on since 4:00 pm and it is still on now at 8:00pm. I went over to see if the school guard might be there to bring to his notice this criminal waste of water. God only how many thousands of liters of water are still going down the drain. It may be excusable but this happens at least once or twice a week. this is a matter of a very serious nature and I appeal to you, for God's sake, to do something about it. I will soon be taking this up with the CDA and the water authorities.
