Rabi Centre, Lahore

Good planning without following law and got trouble last ten year not yet read to give there tanents. Cannot find the owner of the building. Peoples money stuck in this building.

Is there any hope this centre will open sometime in near furture? People like us invest lots of money and no return from last 10 year. Is someone know the owner or contact person of Rabi centre?

There is no hope for any revival. actually we came came scape goat due to Qabza group of q league, in whose period most building were constructed violating bylaws of LDA. Awe ka awa hey begra hoya hey. LDA and other departments sleep until the prey (shakar) comes out. why they did not check when the centre was under constrction. when centre completed then they dismantled it. About six or eight months Haji Gul Rehman put an advertisement on Lahore real estate that he wants to sell his 2 kanla house in defence because he want to go abroad. No body took action so called 'defence of raqbi centre' why his name was not put on ecl.

I don't think there is any hope for Rabi center investors, because government and everybody who is responsible "don't care" for others. I think we all have to assume that all investors got daylight robbed by HAJI. We will collect this money from HAJI in the court of GOD, I don't now others will forgivehim but I will not.

i want talk with you abaut rabi centre .i am also baught graund flor 1 shop before 10 year.2 month ago i met owner mr.haji he told me soon we getting wapda coniction than we can start work.

I met with Haji Gul Rehman and he is asking all the owners to meet with him so that they can come up with some way to restore this huge plaza. All owners need to meet and help themselves to revive this, so that they can have good return on their investment. At this time the prices in the area has increased more than doubled and if shop owners need to make profit they need to open the shops or find some tenants. I suggest they should meet with union of Orega center and ask them to open the shops for free for six months to a year, once there is some customer flow all things will settle and shop owner can recover their investment along with profit. I do not see any other way and if you have a better idea please share in this forum.

Breaking news ; with the coming of govt of Imran khan Rabi center gulberg cse has been officially opened by the NAB ,Lahore under the direction of chairman NAB . All people who are victim of this fraud done by Haji Gul Rehman and others to contact NAB office ,Lahore ASAP .

I heard nab had arrested both partners In 2018 but afterward no news. I think file a petition or contact to the govt. if govt can help all the investors in either way at least we can get something for our dead investment. Definitely there should be any solution for these type of disputed plazas. Govt can take the possession of this plaza.

Salam all as of 23rd May no progress reported in this Scam. Maximum we hear from the guards if we ever stop by is that we can use/take any shop to open a business free of cost just speak to the management. on the other hand the managment refuses to speak or negotiate once they learn we are also investors in the project(I think they want to charge rent). Secondly I dont think the grey stucture is safe anymore to construct or use at all and the whole thing needs to be razed and started again from ground up. I have read that we need to contact NAB can anyone put more information on this or if anyone has contacted NAB what was the result and how can we do that as well??

Please let me know if there is any movement in the case against the vendors for their defrauding us the victims

My late father bought a shop at 3rd floor and got the key as well. Many years ago. But building faced a legal action whereby Shahbaz sharif ordered to dismatle top three floors. Since then the rest of the building looks like a ruined structure.

@23.Dilawar: rabi case is not even on slow motion. Authorities whoever they are, they must speed up the legal process. And the victims must be updated accordingly.
