I want to notify that employees of karachi branch are not able to make even a pendent .I gave the order of the pendent in August, and at last today I had to take it.But when i reached there I was shocked to see that there is no similarity between the ordered pendent and the locket they made.Even it is not looking Tessori made. Im your customer from 2002 when i got married. I bought precious jewelry which weighs half kg . It was so beautiful that everyone liked it so much but unfortunately now standard of Tessori has dropped down . keep an eye on your employees and make them to give my advance back.They are making more fake excuses as they have being done from past four months. i have purchased diamond set from ur model town lahore branch in sep but when i estimated other jeweller then i was very disappointed due to thats price n quality because ur partner arshad give me that set in two million but when i checked that every jeweller said thats worth is not more than one lacks because set,s metal is pladium n daimonds are very cheap quality when i told ur partner arshad he told me go our main branch in karachi plz return back my money.i will thank full to you.
