Sind Club or Sindh Club is an elitist club reminiscent of our British Imperial legacy where gora sahibs and gora-wannabe-kala-sahibs used to meet and have a drink. You had to be more loyal than the Queen herself to be considered for membership. Today, common people are not allowed (except to serve and clean.) Industrialists, army generals and feudal landlords and their children are the members. For Sind Club rejects, there are wannabe clubs for those lower down the gravy train, like Karachi Club, Karachi Gymkhana etc. But Sind Club is on top of the food chain. The Punjab Club in Lahore is a counterpart of Sind Club, exclusively for the superior humanity of Punjab province.

6ayaz hello! as being a friend of a member have visited sind club few times i totally agree that its a club for the elites and feudal families and the gora affect is there which keeps it separate from rest of the clubs i wish i could be a member of this club as class and high taste is my weakness and strength 4

My husband used to be a member during our stay, in Karachi from 1963 to 1978 and we (German family with 2 children from Munich) enjoyed the facilities. I loved the historic place, the peaceful atmosphere, the elegant dining room, the sports facilities. The rules for beeing admitted as a member, and the dress code are a bit over strict and almost British royal like. But one gets used to and in a way it prevents you from ugly views, which one has to bear in the streets of big cities in Europe or USA.
