i am very disoppinted with urban sole shoes. i am user of urban sole i purchase reflexole new model but sorry to say, 1st complaint poor pasting use in this product 2nd complaint back side of shoes so hard i am very thank full if u solve my these matter

I bought a shoe from your outlet located at Chenone Tower Multan, Whenever i bought the shoe of urbansole i always used to have issue with your product, now recently i bought the shoe and its lather sole is defected i submitted the shoe for claim a week before but today they rejected me with saying that company has rejected your claim i want my shoe to be claimed otherwise i will go to court for further legal assistance.
