would you please tell me that if a student has already appeared in exams of intermediate and than left it without clearing it, dissatisfied with his result he took admission in another college, now the authorities are mentioning that we couldn't give you seat no because u have to appear on your previous seat. kindly sir is there any way to cancel previous result. i am very worried.

I am doing B.S. from numl university, and this university is in the federal government. And I've done my intermediate from lahore in F.Sc. pre-engineering in . And now I want to repeat my F.Sc. either in pre-engineering or in pre-medical but I don't want to finish my degree of B.S.... So kindly guide me that is there any possibility to repeat it without any effect on my recent degree and my previous intermediate result that I'd completed in .
