British High Commission, Islamabad

I am writing to say that I send three applications for the renewal of British passport on the date twenty of September by T.C.S.Then on Monday the twenty seven of september I got a phone call from the high commission for some more photos of my son which I sent of the same day by T.C.S again. I phoned on Wednesday than again on Friday to asked how many more days will it take, for which I have been told 10 working days starting from the four October, You have already taken forteen days. My request to you is that could you please look into the matter and send the passport sooner. As my mother in England is not well and I really need to be with her. Thank You, Mrs.Naila Maqsood.

I applied for my British passport to be renewed in July, which was six months ago. To date I have received no response whatsoever let alone my new passport. Yet they claim the process is 'straightforward'. I am writing this so that the readers are aware of how inefficient the current passport renewal process is. If the BHC really does read these comments too and someone at the embassy can look into this matter and resolve it asap then all well and good. Otherwise, I will seek other avenues for publicising and for resolution.

I applied under tier-2 general visa and got refusal due to same reason as reference number of job advertisement was missing. Objection from UKBA is as: "As your sponsor has not provided any of the advertisement reference numbers of the advertisements which were placed, the CoS does not contain all the information required by Paragraph 78 (e) of Appendix A of the Immigration Rules. You will need a police report which you should lodge about your lost passport. I applied for Uk tier 4 general student visa and got refused three weeks ago and the visa application centre "Gerry's'' only gave me my passport and refusal letter, along with the chance to take review. But they didn't give my supporting documents saying that we will contact you when they will arrive. As review time is 28 days and today more than 25days are passed yet there is no sign of my documents. Pls tell me who should I contact and who will be responsible if I don't get my documents before review time. I can't take review after that and all my chances would be gone then. I did send mails to ukvi plus I visited visa application centre more than couple of times but there is no help that I am getting. Please reply me as quickly as possible. : (
