I have seen the work of HEC in Pakistan Marine Academy Karachi-- about eight crore rupees spent and wasted. Now my son sent his BE degree for verification to Islamabad and it is about 2 weeks and verification is still pending . his interview in Dubai is on 29th November. Shame for HEC management and officials, who cannot verify degrees within same day- Shame for the system they have developed for such a simple job. I have served in the government and feel government departments are just for seeking jobs and making money. Disgraceful people make all departments sick. i feel HEC is only demanding funds for high salaries and spending on useless projects like they did in PMA Karachi . Why Pakistani people seek jobs and then torture its own people and blame usa or uk or other countries

I have done my B.Sc. from Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan with 3rd division. Now i am doing M.C.S. from virtual university after clearing zero semester because of 3rd division in B.Sc. Now i am in 2nd Semester of MCS. (There was no need of NOC for admission in VU, so that i had taken admission in Virtual University).
