I am trying to re-establish my links with the Jamia College; my introduction as follows. I was a Demonstrator in Zoology at the Jamia College Malir in 1960s. The other staff at that time included Mr Shafi as the College Principal and the Zoology senior staff were Mrs Gelani Huq, Mr Basit and Mr Tanveer. I left Karachi in late 1963 to further my education in England; initially I did MBBS (London), followed with DPhil (Cantab /Cambridge), specialising in the infectious diseases as a pathologist. Now I live in Melbourne Australia. I wonder if someone knows / remembers any staff members and / or any students of that era of this college. One name specially comes to my mind, Shaukat Ara (daughter of Mr Ayub) who used to live at the Malir City station's staff quarters. Any help in connecting me with these people would be much appreciated. Wasif
