My brother suffering for disease of duodenal carcinoma as per report of AGUH Karachi 1, Soft tissue density infiltrative large ass lesion arising from the second part of duodenum INFILTRATING the adjacent soft tissue viscera (pancreas, right kidney, IVC) as described above. Multiple adjacent mesenteric and paraortic lymph nodes. There is marked occlusion of the lumen of the second part od duodenum noted. 2. This soft tissue mass lesion likely represents a primary DUODENAL CARCINOMA however the radiological differential would include LYMPHOMA. Endoscopy and biopsy is recommended for further evaluation.
