Now I feel like The Sindh government office and cantonment Board public are same in service. Only creating problems for local people. I hope you will take an action and improve your services. Whether the layout plan has been approved for Gulshan-e-Roomi Society, or whether charges has not been paid, and who is/ will be responsible for payment of charges of layout plan, whether owner or builders, and in case of non-payment of such charges, by the builder, what action will be taken by the private owner against the builder before whom and please define procedure. Whether water, gas and electricity connection has been sanction or not for Gulshan-e-Roomi and what is the procedure for getting water connection by the private owner for individual owner.

i have one commercial 100yads plot in gulshan e roomi , i want to build the the plot but there is no NOC i paid development charges and all dues to the humair associate you are looking for your money from the humair associate but who will help to built my own plot help us we donot have any other option to built my plot , built pressure on builder and allow us to start the construction so i can use my plot as a resident .

Due to pathetic condition of road accident are occurred and due to the worst condition of road our vehicles suffered heavy maintenance charges. we all paid property tax regularly to cantnoment board. look into this matter on priority basis. @7.Muhammad Iqbal Khan: Society location is awesome but since 2006 till 2021, no development, no possession given by builder, builder name is black stone developer, There is ban on selling and purchasing of plot by builder, due to some NOC issue from MDA. My advise not to buy plot here till possession is not hand over. Don't purchase plot from any agent, visit directly to builder office which is next to famous sharwani hotel near johar choragi road.
