My telephone is dead since 02-08-2016. I registered a complaint on PTCL helpline 1218 on 03-08-2016. It was assigned No. 98. Since then I have been pursuing on daily basis but there has been no action to resolve the problem, except that the complaint number was changed to 92 on 07-08-2016. Please advise me where to go?!

My telephone is dead since last week of January 2017. I registered a complaint on PTCL helpline 1218 last week. I was assigned No. 14. Since then I have been pursuing on daily basis but there has been no action until now. Please advise me where to go & what to do.

13S. Mahmood The first complaint I made was, 1st of Feb. The complaint number was assigned 14. After that PTCL tried to fix and many times called. Each time when I attended, the call dropped and there was much noise. Today (14 February 2017) I made complain again and now the complaint number has been assigned 45. I request the higher authorities at Westridge PTCL Exchange to get the number fixed at the earliest otherwise I will have no option other than to give up landline the connection. 12

Thanks to PTCL. Finally, their technician visited and fixed the fault from the pole near the house. Now, it's functioning & hope the functioning will continue.

No one has visit or any action on my complaint from the last week, i am very worried about the ptcl DSL connection. I have 20 times calls to 1218, 5 times to 1217 at the reference of 1218, when i have got area exchange number, the could not attend from the today morning till now.

I have submitted request for shifting of my PTCL services on 31-01-2019 and the PTCL office I-10 told me that it will be processed in 3 days but till now they either responded to me on my said address i.e House No. 1172, street 14, sector G-14/4 Islamabad. My landline number is disconnected by your PTCL technician deliberately and my number is operated in another House No--- in F-17/2.I made a complaint of my land line phone Number and net on dated 09/04/2019 and on 11/04/2019 complaint No is 75 and 85. My number is used in another house which is a security risk.No one come to attend my complaint. If PTCL is giving such a services. i don't need that services.This is the service that PTCL claims.

Too much irresponsible people are dealing customers in westridge area, there is no one in westridge area to ask shafique that why he don't resolve complaints of customers. If there is some other service i will not think for a second to remove PTCL.

DE I have got my connection/net installed some 8-9 days back but its out of order I have been complaining the line says that the fault is at back end. I dont understand what is back end and who is going to rectify it. But I would say very very poor service and very irresponsible staff.
