The JED Administration Dr.aurakzai due to his manipulability has been promoted in BPS-20 in violation of all rules and regulation due to the then Secretary Lashari who manged to give Dr. Aurkzai charges of Professor Oncology,PIMS, Director General NHEPRN, PIMS ,JED NIH and Project director Federal Medical college PIMS Islamabad. Now you can understand why our systems fail.
