can i apply addmission in bba i have got 60% in fsc when addmissions open

First of all Asalam o alaikum My name is ali i want to join your university for BBA addmission but i got 43% in fsc exams i was tried to get addmission in your university but they had rejected my proposal due to lower percentage.
