I visited M/s Zong's Bahadurabad, Karachi franchisee on 31st March & requested for a new number ( ) on the prepaid service. The person (Asad) at the franchisee office told me that the requested number was only available on the post paid service & for which I had to pay Rs 1000 I called Zong's help line & was informed &confirmed twice that the issued sim was on prepaid services only. The person tricked me by selling a prepaid sim by making me believe that the sim (the number) was available on postpaid basis only. Zong helpline staff members also confirmed me that the sim was on prepaid (& could not be on prepaid had it been on post paid at the time of issuance!!) even Zongs application was showing it to be on the prepaid. I was defrauded by the franchisee & persuing for a refund of Rs 1000 since then. it's becoming pretty apparent that they (zong) are also part of this fraudulent act. Irfan
