my relative name is muhammad zaman and his father name is Durrani and he is illiterate/uneducated and he is living in rural area and when NADRA start his program so in 19/06/2004 they were making CNIC in Shahzore Suzuki and my relative and his couson / kazan they went for making of CNIC of NADRA and by intentionally or by mistake they wrote his father name Ghulam Rasool which is his uncle and now when he went to NADRA office so he submit his documents for New CNIC because his CNIC has been expired so, now tell me the solution of this problem and also tell me the way so that he make his new CNIC even he has a old record of CNIC 25/03/1975. waiting for your kind call and attention and necessary action and anticipation . Yesterday 22nd Mar 2017 (time 3:30 pm). I have submitted my daughters B form request in Nadra (Aysha Manzil) branch karachi (Fifteen day 500 fees). I have cleared all steps & submitted photo copies of my NIC, wife NIC, my mothers NIC, U.C council birth certificates of both daughters (as per B form retirement documents). They called me around 6:00 oclock (pm) and asked me did you collect your challan with line or any way i told him on queue(Line) it was surprise for me. then he said to me that submit your fathers NIC copy why it is not required for B form check requested problem.

I am writing to lodge complaint against the female incharge NADRA Customer Service Center, Hirabad, Hyderabad, Sindh for her ill behavior. I wanted to renew the CNIC of my wide. I was handed over the duly completed form for the signatures of my wife. When I returned the form with the signatures of my wife to NADRA, CSC, Hirabad, Hyderabad they wanted me to fulfill some more requirements. I traveled all the long from Jamshoro (almost 20 km away). I asked, why they did not guide me regarding the requirements a day before when I was given the form for signatures. They started misbehaving and shouting. When I complained regarding the ill behavior of the counter person she was not ready to pay attention towards my complaint. She did the same as the counter person and threatened me for harassment (tried to take advantage for being female) .

My mother was sent for verification to Aaraam Bagh police station. We got clearance from Police Station on 19th April 2017. Then Awami Markaz Nadra declared us clear & said to re-apply for NIC. We went for smart card in johar branch and applied. But johar branch hold our application and said that my mother is still under verification. I don't understand.. if we have got clearance from Police Station then why are we still in under verification and why nadra awami markaz said to apply? Sir, we are really disturb because of awami markaz nadra. Please help us. Later after 2 weeks, we received letter from Islamabad to submit documents of before 1978 in awami markaz. We went there but they just noted our phone number and said that you will get phone call from islamabad where you should submit your documents. Sir, we will be rejected for nic application if you will not clear our verification. Please help us. Awami markaz is not taking verificaton documents.

respected, my mother in law who is living in dargai malakand Eryaan Kot her id card no. by name hassan ziba she is widow of sakhi noor, NADRA centre dargai has blocked her id card due to she has got two id, in old she has got first id without picture by mobile team then she has made id with picture from nadra centre dargai, now problem is that she has got degree from court against her id but provided to NADRA centre dargai by ticket no. and she has got four sons and four daughter and her husband was rtd. government service she was getting his family pension without her all family members id are ok but her id is blocked, now she is very old and so ill no one is caring her, if you have solve her problem she will pray for him. It has been 6 years for me trying to resolve my wife data correction. After renewing my and my wife N. I. C card in 2012 we went to apply for our passports and only my passport was passed during process but my wife passport was left behind for data correction because in her data my father name was there instead of her father name and since then all the bases officer were saying that its a court decree matter. I hired a lawyer for this purpose name shams-uddin melon and gave him Rs 25,000 in advance and he is also not solving my problem. NADRA, Complaint centre, Karachi. Subject: Clarification of complaint , I am writing with regards to your response against my complaint no lodged few weeks ago. I must clarify here that I did not request for urgent renewal. Instead, the person dealing with renewal cases registered my case as urgent without my consent. Upon inquiry, I was informed that all the cases dealt after 2400 hrs would be considered as urgent. This seems unfair as there was no such rule mentioned either on the website or at the registration centre. My case should have been dealt as normal given the fact that I did not ask for urgent renewal. Therefore, it is my request that either consider revoking the surplus amount in my favor or mention the relevant rule for justification. Such unprofessional conduct of authority could tarnish the centres reputation if the problem is not addressed as per standards. I look forward to an appropriate response. Regards, Muhammad Usman. I am an expat living in Germany and I applied and paid full fees for NICOP cards via online for my family. When after one month no progress, I contacted NADRA customer support email, and after one month case officer replied "wait". Then after on month I asked again and case officer replied "pkr 10k easypaisa?". I didnt understood what that meant, so I email again asking about what it means? After more than one month reply came "sorry mistake." Then when I again ask for progress no reply! What kind of open corruption is this? We have pandemic and we have no other option, just online option! Please don't take advantage like this! This is very bad.

10 years ago my job was in Balochistan and I belong to the province of sindh.That time we make a B Form of my daughter and now she apply in Sindh Public Service Commission, so Sindh Public Service Commission Computer System is not accept her CNIC number and give a message that your are belong from other province.
